Invokation: MM MINFO$$
    Assumes that the buffer has a RUNOFF processed file in it. The buffer
is massaged into an INFO document persual file.
    All page headings are deleted, and all header levels are converted to
nodes.
    Generally, the user will have to hand edit the results. This is due
to the alogrithm used. (It assumes that all lines with a number in column
one is a header level.) Perhaps this will change in the future.
